Victor Marte first joined Common Justice in the fall of 2009 as a Case Coordinator and rejoined the organization in 2020 as s member of the Trauma Support Team. In the last 35 years, he has worked as a mentor, advocate, educator, manager, and Director for an array of community-based organizations like D.O.E, Youth Justice Network, Harlem Children's Zone, YMCA, and Graham Windham. He holds a BA in Sociology/Education from the City University of New York.
